Content and Characteristics of Contributions:
- Contributions must be submitted using the corresponding template (research project, innovation projects, panels or book presentation).
- The contribution must be submitted in one language only (Spanish or English).
- When the contribution is submitted, the person responsible must declare that they are the authors of the work and that they authorize the Tecnológico de Monterrey to physically and/or digitally store it by means of a printed or digital copy in order to ensure its availability, dissemination, public communication, distribution, transmission, reproduction, digitalization, for academic and non-profit purposes only, and publication through the institution’s open-access repository.
- The following quality criteria must be met:
- Scientific and Academic Rigor: It is expected that all contributions are based on conceptual evidence (contributions must reference up-to-date literature from the past ten years) and focus on the topic being discussed, including facts that support the statements being made. Conclusions must be the result of deep-rooted analysis of the data provided.
- Contribution to Knowledge of Discipline: The document must clearly indicate the reasons why the contribution being presented supports the topic chosen for the Conference.
- Unpublished Document. All contributions must be unpublished documents. In the event that they have been presented on previous occasions, this must be clarified in the introduction, in addition to stating the differentiating factors of the work.
- Text Coherence and Structure. The text must be presented in strict accordance with the rules for the Conference. Please follow the writing, spelling and format guidelines outlined in the template.
- The Evaluation Committee for each topic will ensure that the documents submitted fulfill the format and content requirements.
