Simulated classroom data is used to identify students\u2019 social networks and associate network information with relevant variables in educational research such as school performance, intention to drop out, and bullying. The advantage of this type of analysis is that it allows a very agile visualization of students at risk. The results of the network analysis are quantifiable, as well as the impacts caused by interventions carried out with the purpose of improving relationships between students. The article offers some recommendations proposed by positive psychology to improve relationships within the classroom.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4443ca;\"><strong><b>Proyecto \u201cApps for the Wellbeing in Tecmilenio University\u201d<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The purpose of the study is to describe the results of satisfaction surveys about the use of two applications (apps) to promote well-being in students of the Tecmilenio University. The first app, Healty Minds Programme (HMP), was developed by a team of mindfulness specialists from the University of Madison-Wisconsin, including Dr. Richard Davidson, and aims to train four skills associated with subjective well-being: attention, connection with others, insight and purpose.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The second application, Habits.AI, is aimed at physical well-being and promotes healthy habits of eating, resting, physical activity and personal relationships. To explore the opinions of HMP users, a text analysis is performed. For Habits.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AI, the response percentages are presented on a Likert scale. The results indicate that users of both apps expressed favorable opinions of their experience. Some noted that practicing meditation helps them fall asleep and become more aware of their actions. We designed a system that uses artificial intelligence to detect hidden emotional problems in students through their facial expressions over time. This early detection allows intervention and alerts on possible academic risks, this approach differs from other existing systems that rely solely on grades as an indicator of risk. The authors present a post-project analysis of the project developed in support of Face-to-Face, Blended, and fully online learning situations. This project created an &#8220;Online Professional Learning Exchange&#8221; with blended online learning modules and was funded with over two million dollars. The greatest strength of the OPLE tool is to aid the state of NJ in shifting their training from expert delivery of knowledge in a face-to-face format towards the Community of Practice. The paper presents a Systematic Review of the Literature, an analysis of Professional Learning and Training Methods, and a description of the Methods to create Blended Learning Modules focused on video, written materials, polls, and discussions. Through this integrated approach, the OPLE allows users to master concepts that enhance their ability to provide more efficient and practical instruction to their students.
