Rafaela Diegoli

Vicerrectora Académica, Tecnológico de Monterrey

    She is responsible for the academic management of undergraduate studies and the development of the Tec21 educational model. Prior to this responsibility, she served as dean of the School of Business for the South Central Region. 

    She holds a degree in Communication, specializing in Advertising from the Regional University of Blumenau, she received a DAAD scholarship to study for a Master’s degree in SME Development and Promotion from the University of Leipzig, and a PhD in Business and Entrepreneurial Activity Management from the University of Cantabria. She has more than 20 years of experience in the promotion of entrepreneurship and innovation, especially through educational processes and the development of entrepreneurial ecosystems. She joined Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2009 and has participated in several recent academic initiatives such as the design of the 2019 curricula for the School of Business.
