Lissy M. Giacomán Colyer

Lissy is co-founder and CEO of Vinco, an edtech startup that helps companies in Latin America to offer education as a work benefit, connecting their teams with better educational opportunities while improving the retention and productivity of their teams. Previously, Lissy worked at Boston Consulting Group on strategy, technology and big data projects. She also worked at GPC and Galera, boutique strategy consultancies in Latam for private and generally family-owned companies. For the past three years, Lissy was also a professor at the Tec de Monterrey business school. Recently, she was named by Bloomberg as one of the top 100 entrepreneurs in Latam. Lissy has an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Yale University.
